Seeking Director of Finance for an internet company-50212#

Responsibilities include:

·         Working and managing outsourced accounting and bookkeeping firms to create the company's financials, tax issues, etc.

·         Produce P&L and CF reports to management on a monthly basis.

·         Participate and comply with board of directors processes.

·         Owning payroll and HR for both companies.

·         Managing all administrative and operation areas .

Requirements:

·         CPA from one of the 4

·         More than 3  years  experience as a CPA

·         International background –a must

·         Previous experience  in an Internet environment company – a plus

·         Familiar with online business models and channels.

·         Experienced with US and Israel tax systems.

·         Experienced in US GAAP reporting.

·         Very good English

PHP developer משרה מס 50144# :

·         Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in PHP & MySQL - a must.

·         Experience in OOP, XHTML/CSS - a must.

·         Experience in other object-oriented languages (Java, C/C++, Python, Ruby) - an advantage.

·         Experience and knowledge in ORM / PHP-unit - an advantage.

·         Experience with Linux environment, BASH/scripting, etc - an advantage.

·         Experience in jQuery, Ajax - an advantage.
